Jim started SDG America, LLC back in 2002 as a solo consulting practice, working with small to medium businesses – helping them to build, implement and manage detailed growth and revenue plans. SDG’s success over the years has now brought forth SDG Strategy Group, LLC – a considerably more robust firm in terms of advisory offerings and uniquely talented Partners.
Jim possesses extensive leadership experience, with a focus on revenue & margin attainment in both the Commercial and Federal marketplace - domestically and internationally. He brings a unique ability to work with people to get consensus, build the plan, set the pace, and simply get goals accomplished. He presents a highly effective combination of interpersonal, organizational, analytical and goal-focused skills.
Jim has served at the executive level of a number of companies. He has a previous long term AT&T career in senior management, sales, marketing, and operational roles, including that of President of AT&T’s notable Hi-Potential program.
